How to get your password
Actually, that's not quite right--you can't see your password. (Neither can we.) Instead, you will need to create a new password. (But that's what most people ask us, so that's what I've used for search terms.)
Here's how:
Summary
Visit https://students.testmagic.com/success/login/forgot_password.php > enter your username OR your email address. Follow the instructions on screen. (It’s standard–you will receive an email > open that email > click on the reset password link > enter your new password on that page)
More information
First, for your security, passwords are encrypted, so we cannot tell you your password. You will need to reset your password. This is standard for modern websites.
Second, if you can’t remember your password, you will need to reset your password. To do this, visit this page: https://students.testmagic.com/success/login/forgot_password.php
There you can enter either your username where it says ‘Search by username’ or your email address where it says ‘Search by email address’. Then, click ‘Search’. (Tip Make sure you type correctly because the system will not tell you that you made a typo.)
You will then see a confirmation screen. (It says basically that if you entered correct information, with no typos, then you will receive an email.)
Now, go to your email account. You should see an email that says something like ‘TestMagic Online Learning: Password reset request’ If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, since sometimes email services incorrectly route email to the spam folder.
You will see a link in that email. You need to click it within 30 minutes, (for security purposes).
That takes you to a new page where you can enter your new password. You must create a strong password, following the instructions you see on the screen.
As always, please record your password somewhere safe, like a password manager.
That's it. You should now be able to log in with your new password.
